Export

Export gives you a raw data dump of your assets — useful for spreadsheets, accounting systems, or any other tool that accepts tabular data.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the asset list
2. Apply any filters you want — the export respects your current filter criteria
3. Open the export function and select which columns to include
4. Choose CSV or Excel and download

If no filters are active, all assets are exported. This is different from reports, which have their own grouping and layout options.

Format

• CSV — Plain text, works with any spreadsheet or data tool
• Excel — .xlsx format with formatted column headers, ready to open directly in Excel or Google Sheets

Column Selection

Choose which columns appear in the export. Available columns include all standard fields and any custom fields configured for your organisation.

Permissions

Export requires Editor role or above.
