Access your profile from the account menu at the top of the app.
What You Can Edit
- First name and last name
Your email address is shown but cannot be changed here — contact support@batapp.co.za if you need to update it.
What You Can See
- Role — Your current role in the organisation (Admin, Editor, Viewer, or Scanner). Contact your admin if you need a different level of access.
- Location access — If location-based access is enabled for your organisation, your current location assignment is shown here.
